Technical Liaison 직책은 연구개발팀을 지원하며 사업부와 연구개발부 간의 기술/과학적인 소통의 가교가 되어주는 역할과 고객사, 투자사 등에게 기술적인 소통을 하는 역할 등을 맡아야 해서 뛰어난 소통능력과 기술에 대한 이해를 함께 필요로 하는 직책입니다. 한국 투자사와 고객사들이 많은 배터리 산업의 특성상 한국어와 영어 이개국어가 가능하여야 하며 화학, 화공학, 재료공학 등의 학사 이상 학위 소지자로써 특히 배터리 연구개발, 평가, 분석 등의 경험이 있는 분을 우대하고 있습니다.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate on the research and development of technologies and products.
· Engage in technical communication with both technical and non-technical individuals.
· Provide technical support to the business team.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
· Post-secondary education in chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, or a related engineering field from an accredited university.
· Previous experience in battery-related research and development, either in an academic or industrial environment.
· Proficiency in battery testing methods, equipment, and protocols, with a demonstrated competence in their application.
· Expertise in applying design of experiments concepts to optimize processes and gain a deeper understanding of underlying theories.
· Familiarity with materials characterization, including XRD, XPS, and SEM.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal means.
· Fluency in both English and Korean languages.
