Part-time, 10-20 hrs per week

Job Description
* Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
* Organize and manage office documents, files, and records accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by management.
* Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
* Manage and update client databases
Qualification
* High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Korean
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is considered an asset.
* Candidates with their own vehicle and a valid driver's license will be given preference.
* Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
