Registry Agent / Customer Service Representative
NW Registry is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Registry Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, working with confidential information, learning regulated systems, and accurately processing transactions in a fast-paced public service environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturdays as required) – Day Shift

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory Police Information Check
- English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and courteously
- Friendly, articulate, patient, and polite demeanor
- Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
