전체 렌트 시, 어플리케이션  전송 > 집주인 수락 > 테넌트 보험 가입 , 디파짓 입금 으로 알고 있는데,

테넌트 보험 단계에서 거절되어 디파짓 환불이 불가한 경우가 있나요? 

보통 온라인으로 테넌트 보험 많이 가입하시던데ㅡ 여기에서 문제될 일이 있나요?

아래 디파짓이 환불되지 않는 규정이 걸리네요. 

The Landlord hereby acknowledges receipt of the sum of $0000

to be applied to the first month's rent in the event the application is approved, and no interest shall be paid to the tenant. The Landlord has FIVE business days to process the application. This NON-REFUNDABLE RENT DEPOSIT will be kept if the applicant cancels the offer before the expiry time for acceptance.

(c) If the Landlord approves the application and the Tenant fails to take occupancy, the Tenant agrees to forfeit the money previously paid to the Landlord, and which was intended to be applied to the first month's rent not as penalty, but as a pre-estimate of liquidated damages.

(d) If the Landlord does not approve the application, the Landlord will forthwith return the money previously provided by the applicant, which was intended to be applied to the first month's rent without interest or deduction.

조항이 이렇게 되어있습니다.
