The room is vacant starting October 1st, so you can move in anytime on or after that date.
There is a bus stop right in front of the building, and a nearby riverside park makes it great for working out and taking walks.
The C-Train station is in the downtown Free Fare Zone, and both the Blue and Red lines run through it, making transportation very convenient.
Total occupancy will be only 2 people (1 person per room, no living room sharing).
Available: Move-in starting October 1st.
Term: Open to temporary, short-term, or long-term stays.
Rates & Pricing
Temporary Stay: $35 per day (calculated daily)
Short-Term: $1,000 per month (conditions negotiable)
Long-Term (6+ months): $950 per month
Long-Term (1+ year): $899 per month
