This program brings together young people from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn, lead, and grow through meaningful cross-cultural experiences, leadership development, and mentorship. Participants will have the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen communication and leadership skills, engage with the community, and develop meaningful connections within the Korean-Canadian community. (*Please note that Mentors must be age 18 to 25, Mentees must be age 15 to 21)

Mentors will support and encourage youth throughout the program by:

• Providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
• Supporting leadership and advocacy skill development
• Helping mentees set and work toward personal and leadership goals
• Participating in regular mentor check-ins and mentorship circles
• Sharing knowledge, experiences, and perspectives
• Encouraging community engagement and cross-cultural understanding
• Providing culturally informed support and mentorship

Mentees will actively participate in the program by:

본 프로그램은 다양한 배경을 가진 청소년들이 의미 있는 다문화 체험, 리더십 개발, 멘토링을 통해 소통하고 배울 수 있도록 지원합니다. 참가자들은 자존감을 향상시키고, 소통 및 리더십 역량을 강화하며, 지역사회에 참여하고 한인 커뮤니티 내에서 뜻깊은 네트워크를 형성할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됩니다. (*멘토: 만 18세~25세 / 멘티: 만 15세~21세)
