젊은 과학.기술 인재 양성을 위해 재캐나다 한인과학장학재단과 재 캐나다 한국과학기술자협회가 장학생을 선발 하오니 많은 지원을 바랍니다.
지원자 중 심사를 통해 선발된 총 일곱명의 학생에게 SK 그룹 $3000(1명), (재)목암과학장학재단(녹십자) $2000(1명), 나머지는 재카과기협 과학장학재단에서 각각 $1000(5명)씩 장학금이 지급될 예정입니다.
지원자격 : 캐나다 시민권자 또는 영주권자
캐나다 내 대학의 과학, 기술분야의 학부 3학년 이상이나 대학원생
신청마감 : 2013년 7월 10일 (수)
구비서류 : 지원서*와 이력서*, 자기소개서*, 2통의 추천서**, 성적표*** (2011~2012 / 2012~2013)
*본 서류는 이메일로 접수하여야함.
** 추천인 본인이 우편으로 보내는 것을 원칙으로 하나 추천서 스캔후 이메일 발송도 가능함.
***성적표는 반드시 발행기관에 의해 봉인된 봉투로 우편으로 보내져야 함.

1. APPLICAT QUALIFICATION
a. Must be a Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant (Specify on application form).
b. Must be enrolled full-time during 2012-2013 academic year and must have completed at least TWO (2) full academic years in a Science / Engineer related post secondary education institution (e.g. university, college) in Canada, and must submit proof of registration prior to receipt of scholarship, if awarded.
c. Previous recipients are NOT eligible.
2. APPLICATION DOUCUMENTS
a. AKCSE official application form must be used (download the form attached).
b. Resume outlining your education, work
experience, extra-curricular activities and other accomplishments, including
referees’ contact numbers.
c. Personal statement (maximum 2 pages).
Above documents should be EMAILED to info@akcse.org by application due date July 10th.
d. Official transcripts for the academic years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 from all former and current post-secondary institutions.
Each envelope must be sealed and signed by the issuing institution (Transcript opened envelopes
will not be acceptable).

e. Two letters of reference from people that have direct knowledge of your character, ability, attitude, potential and aspiration. References should exclude family, friends and relatives are not eligible as reference.
The letter can be scanned and email to info@akcse.org by reference, himself/herself or mail to KCSSF Office.
