• Prior receptionist or administrative experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors warmly.

• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.

• Manage appointments, schedules, and records efficiently.

• Perform general administrative duties to support the team.
