Looking to Rent for Three Months

Desired move-in date:

As soon as possible, preferably by October 5.

I am a female student from Taiwan currently studying in Calgary. I do not drive.

Preferred housing options in order of priority:

 1. A private room in an apartment or duplex

 2. Studio

 3. Entire walk-out basement

Desired features:

 1. Good natural lighting

 2. Private bathroom or shared with no more than one other female

 3. Kitchen access for cooking, shared with up to two roommates

 4. Within a 10-minute walking distance to any C-Train station

 5. Furnished with basic appliances (washer, dryer)

Budget:

800–1000 CAD per month (including utilities, heating, and internet)
