Position: Full-Time Kitchen Line Cook (Multiple Openings)
Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient preparation (washing, cutting, sorting, etc.)
Cooking ramen and side dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent taste and quality
Plating dishes to maintain presentation standards
Following food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment
Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment as part of daily operations
Working efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality---
Qualifications:
Basic cooking knowledge; experience in Japanese cuisine or ramen restaurants is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with coworkers
Willing to learn, take direction, and adapt to new challenges
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, keeping both personal and workspace cleanliness a priority
