Position : Chef
Wage: $36 Hourly, for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Job Duties:
1. Plan, organize, and oversee the preparation and production of Korean cooked and semi-prepared food items for retail sale and wholesale supply
2. Develop and standardize authentic Korean menu items, including side dishes (banchan), soups, stews, marinated meats, and other ready-to-eat or partially prepared products
3. Prepare Korean cuisine for special events, catering orders, and restaurant supply requests
4. Select, test, and improve food items to be sold through the Korean grocery market based on customer demand, quality, and seasonal ingredients
5. Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production, consistency, and timely fulfillment of retail and supply orders
6. Train and direct kitchen staff in Korean food preparation methods, portioning, packaging, presentation, and sanitation procedures
7. Monitor food quality, freshness, taste consistency, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
8. Manage inventory of ingredients, packaging materials, and Korean specialty products, and coordinate ordering as needed
9. Oversee portion control, waste reduction, and production planning to support profitability and operational efficiency
10. Collaborate with management in planning new product lines, seasonal offerings, and expanded Korean food selections for the grocery market

Requirements:
- Secondary(High) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years( Korean Culinary experience is preferred.)
