What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook full-course meals with consistency and care
- Adapt dishes to meet dietary needs and allergies
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Follow recipes and plating specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
- Stay curious and open to learning new techniques
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of kitchen experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Clear communication with BOH and FOH teams
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
