Essential Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor daily production orders to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
• Accurately manage production data and raw material transactions using approved company systems.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to address production issues and ensure compliance.
• Analyze production yields, downtime, and material usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Promote a safe and continuously improving work environment in line with company policies.
• Support training and development of production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
