OPEN POSITIONS & TRACK DETAILS (모집 분야 및 상세 내용)
POSITION 1: LET'S MOVE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (건강 운동 교실 강사) - 1 Position
- Track Description: Lead low-impact cardio, Zumba Gold, stretching, and chair/joint exercises tailored for older adults to improve mobility, balance, and mood.
- Class Schedule: 2 sessions per week (1.5 hour per session) during 12-week program terms.
POSITION 2: ART CLASS MASTERCLASS INSTRUCTOR (아크릴 미술 교실 강사) - 1 Position
- Track Description: Guide a structured 12-week acrylic painting curriculum for a focused group of seniors (capped at 8 participants), culminating in a term-end community art exhibition.
- Class Schedule: 1 session per week (2 hours per session) during 12-week program terms.
POSITION 3: eSENIOR DIGITAL LITERACY INSTRUCTOR (디지털 스마트폰 교실 강사) - 1 Position
- Track Description: Teach practical smartphone (iOS/Android) and computer navigation skills (e.g., KakaoTalk, Google Maps, online portals, fraud prevention, basic laptop operations).
- Class Schedule: 1 session per week (1.5 hours per session) during 12-week program terms.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (지원 자격 및 요건)
- Language: Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (essential for interacting with senior participants and program co-coordinators).
- Experience: Prior instructional experience teaching senior groups, community workshops, or specialized adult education preferred.
- Certifications (Position Specific):
* Let's Move! Track: Relevant fitness certification (e.g., Zumba Gold, Senior Fitness, AFLCA/PFLA).
* Art Track: Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts or equivalent teaching experience in painting.
* eSenior Track: Strong technical competency in consumer mobile OS, laptops, and internet tools.
- Clear Background Check: Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check (Police Check) required upon contract signing.

COMPENSATION & CONTRACT TERMS (강사 수당 및 계약 조건)
- Position Type: Independent Contractor (독립 계약자)
- Remuneration (강사료): Competitive hourly instructor rate (commensurate with experience and grant budget guidelines). Monthly billing via formal invoice.
- Program Location: Calgary, Alberta (KSSC designated community venue)
- Contract Period: Multi-term agreement (Fall 2026 Term & Spring 2027 Term options)
