The shared space is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room. Includes dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, balcony, and energized parking. The bedroom for rent is furnished, includes a double bed, desk and chair as you can appreciate in the images.
No smoking, pot, or pets are allowed. Rent is $700/month + damage deposit (also $700). Rent includes heat and water (electricity and internet are shared and separate costs, ~$125/month for each person). Available September 1st and possible early move-in date if required. Long-term will be given priority.
