Hankki is a Calgary-based Korean street food restaurant with six locations across Calgary, Lethbridge and Banff. We are looking to hire Store Managers who have a passion for the retail industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as we are continuously working on expanding Canada-wide. We have plans to open up new locations and to run a food truck to bring the flavours of happiness across Canada.

2. 업무 내용 (Responsibilities)
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service - Interview, hire, and train new employees

- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff members

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner

- Coach team with upselling tactics to reach target sales

- Collaborate with other store managers to achieve overall business goals

3. 자격조건 (Qualifications)

- Secondary school graduation certificate

- minimum of 2 years’ experience in the retail industry (specialty restaurant management experience)

- A valid class 5 driver’s license

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment

- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
