5000불 조건이 꼭 calendar year가 아니구요.

지금 4월을 기준으로 봤을때 지난 12개월간 5000불이 되시면 됩니다.

다시 말씀드리면 19년도 4월 부터 20년도 3월까지입니다.

이것도 저것도 안되면 어쩔 수 없는것 같구요.

Who is eligible
The Benefit is available to workers:

Residing in Canada, who are at least 15 years old;
Who have stopped working because of reasons related to COVID-19 or are eligible for Employment Insurance regular or sickness benefits or have exhausted their Employment Insurance regular benefits between December 29, 2019 and October 3, 2020;
Who had employment and/or self-employment income of at least $5,000 in 2019 or in the 12 months prior to the date of their application; and,
Who have not quit their job voluntarily.
When submitting your first claim, you cannot have earned more than $1,000 in employment and/or self-employment income for 14 or more consecutive days within the four-week benefit period of your claim.

When submitting subsequent claims, you cannot have earned more than $1,000 in employment and/or self-employment income for the entire four-week benefit period of your new claim.

19년도 급여라면 고용주에게 받은 T4 Slip과 CRA에 한 개인소득신고가 근거가 될 것이구요
올해 1~3월까지 급여가 있다면 고용주에게서 정식으로 급여를 받은 기록이 있어야 하고 이것은 내년도 2월에 고용주에게 받을 T4 Slip에 금액과 일치해야 합니다. 이러한 소득이 없다면 아쉽지만 자격이 되지 않습니다. 대신 지금 직원 뽑은 대형 리테일 업체들이 제법 있어요 취업을 알아보시는것도 좋을것 같습니다.
2천불을 받고 있는 사람들은 소득제한 (월1천불)에 걸려서 일자리가 있어도 일을 못하는 (혹은 안하는..) 상황이라 일자리 구하는데 큰 애로는 없을겁니다.

2020년 1-3월까지 소득은 증명이 필요없습니다. cra에 지원할때도 증빙자료는 요구하지 않구요.

사실상 양심에 맡겨진 일이기도 합니다.

물론 내년에 20년도 텍스리턴할때 문제가 되면 받은 cerb는 뱉어내야 할 수도 있겠습니다. 벌금은 없다고 합니다.

당연히 작년 소득은 텍스리턴이 연장되긴 했습니다만 작년에 받은 T4로 쉽게 증명이 될거 같네요.
