제 계약서에보면
EARLY TERMINATION: THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE RENT UNTIL THE END OF THE RESIDENTIAL TENANCY AGREEMENT TERM, OR UNTIL A SUITABLE NEW TENANT IS FOUND TO OCCUPY THE PREMISES.IN ADDITION, SHOULD THE TENANT VACATE THE PREMISES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE LEASE TERM, THE TENANT AGREES TO PAY AN EARLY TERMINATION FEE EQUAL TO ONE MONTH'S RENT TO THE LANDROAD. THE TENANT AGREES THAT FEE IS NOT A PENALTY,BUT IS INTENDED TO COMPENSATE THE LANDLORD FOR EXPENSES SUFFERED N ORDER TO RE-RENT THE UNIT,INCLUDING,BUT NOT LIMITED TO,ADVERTISING; ADMINISTRATIVE;CLEANING;AND MAINTENANCE EXPENSES. THE EARLY TERMINATION FEE IS DUE AND PAYABLE IMMEDIATELY UPON THE LANDLORD'S ACCEPTANCE OF THE LEASE REPUDIATION
다른세입자에게 넘길수있는건가요??
한달집세를내야한다는건 무조건인지 아니면 계약파기신지..
디파짓에서 빠져나가는건가요??ㅠㅠ
