올해 1월부터 3번 영주권 신청을 위해 express entry를 신청했는데 계속해서 ineligible이라고 나옵니다.

사유는 not having a valid language test, language test results that are more than 2 years, a language score is too low, not having relevant work experience, not havin a required education level이라고 매번 같은 이유로 나옵니다. 이민국에 전화해서 다 가격이 가춰졌는데 이와같은 사유로 나온다고 하니 technical issue라고 supporting document 보내라고해서 세번이나 보냈는데 또 같은이유로 거절이 됐습니다. 다시 이민국에 전화하니 계속 똑같은 말만하고 더이상 할수있는게 없다고 합니다. 하도 답답해서 internet expolorer, chrome, firefox다 시도해봤습니다.

이럴때 어떻게해야하는건가요? 이민국에서 원하는 서류 다 구비됬는데 express entry가 안되서 답답합니다...
