Mom, I've never heard that Alberta gas rebate program could be removed next year.

Think about it, Alberta is the richest province in canada.

There is no reason for Alberta government to cancel or reduce that kind of small benefits,.isn't it?

Actually, after rebating  it's the same price range to the other provinces.

Who knows what's going on the natural gas price in five yrs!?

but it's still going down,down,down,,,

Personally,I don't recommend such a longterm contract at this point.

In following months, home heating gas price must be decreased again according to correction.  Current energy market place said like that.

**If natural gas rates  higher than $5.5/gigajoule, rebate program covers the excess deviation. It works automatically.
