Education property tax deferral

• Education property tax rates도전년도 수준으로 동결됨.

• Collection of non-residential education property tax for businesses 6개월 연장됨.

• Commercial landlords 에게 요청: 비지니스 owner가 business 를 계속할수 있도록 유도하기 위하여 렌트비를 연장 혹은 감액하도록 landlords 에게 요청함.

• 현상황에도 불구하고 각종세금을 납부할수 있는 능력을 가진 납세자에게 주정부를 돕기위하여 전액을 납부하도록 요청함.

Utility payment deferral

• Residential, farm and small commercial customers 의 BILL PAYMENT 를 90일 연장 

• This program을 이용하기 위하여 utility provider에게 직접 연락하세요.

Tourism levy deferral

• Hotels and other lodging providers 는 tourism levy를 Aug. 31 까지 납부연장합니다. 3/27 이후에 납부하는것으로 penalties or interest 는 부과되지 아니합니다.

• 하지만 Tourism levy 보고는 on time 에 file 하여야 합니다.
