Federal Skilled Trades Class이민에 대해 소개 합니다.
현재 CIC에서 시행하고 있는 연방이민인 Federal Skilled Trades Class, CEC, Federal Skilled Worker등의 거의 모든 이민은 2014년 12월까지만 시행될 예정이며 되며 2015년 1월부터는 Express Entry (아직 상세 내용 발표되지 않음)라는 이민제도를 도입하여 캐나다가 상황에 따라 캐나다이민을 신청한자 중 캐나다의 노동시장의 필요에 따라 부족한 기술인력자를 선발하여 영주권 자격을 부여할 예정입니다.
안타까운 현실이지만 캐나다 이민이 점점 어려워 질것으로 예상합니다.

SPEAKING 5, LISTENING 5, READING 3.5, WRITING 4 - 최근 5년중 2년이상 증빙가능 경력 (캐나다 경력 및 기타 다른나라 경력도 인정)
- 현재 캐나다에서 해당 직군으로 (엘엠오를 받아 OR 오픈비자)풀타임으로 일하고 있거나 or 일하고자 하는 주정부로 부터 Trades 자격증획득한자
예1-한국에서 2년이상의 증빙가능 요리사 경력이있고 캐나다에서 엘엠오를 받아 혹은 오픈비자로 일계약 1년이상을 받고 1달을 일을 하였다면 적격함
예 2- 캐나다에서 최근 5년중 2년이상의 요리경력이 있고 현재 같은 고용주 혹 다른 고용주에게서 일계약 1년이상을 받고 (엘엠오 혹은 오픈비자) 1달을 일을 하였다면 적격함
예 3- 한국등 다른 나라에서 최근 5년중 2년이상의 해당직종에 따른 증빙가능 경력이 있고 , 1년 이상의 잡오퍼는 없으나 AIT Trade Certificate (other province trade certificate)를 획득하였으면 적격 - 혹 현재 캐나다에서 일을 하고 있지않으나 해당 직업으로 엘엠오를 받고 풀타임으로 1년 이상의 잡오퍼를 받은자
예 1- 2년 증빙가능 해당 경력이 있고, 한국등 다른나라에 거주하고 있으나, 캐나다 고용주로 부터 엘엠오를 쿡으로 받아 캐나다에서 합법적으로 일을 할 예정이면 가능함
