회사를 얼마전 다른곳으로 옯겼는데 3개월 probation 기간중 레이오프될경우 EI 받을수 있나요?
근무시간은 일주일에 40시간입니다.

3개월Probation Period 기간중 Laid Off 되면 EI benefit 받을수 있나요?

"probation" is something that exists only in private contract law, and isn't recognized formally as being part of provincial or federal labour legislation.
As such, as long as you have the required number of hours worked for EI, you should be eligible.
