참가대상: 취업이민, 워크 퍼밋 등으로 오신 분들과 피고용자의 권리에 대해 알고 싶으신 모든 분

Workshop의 주요 내용

    *      Employment Standards (payment of earnings, minimum wage, hours of work, rest periods, holidays, overtime, termination of employment, employment of young people, job-protected maternity and parental leave)

    *      Human Rights in the workplace (race, marital status, religious beliefs, family status, colour, age, gender, ancestry, physical disability, place of origin, mental disability, source of income, seexual orientation)

    *      Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) and safety (injury related to work)

    *      Employment Insurance (EI)
