경제논리로만 따지자면 그리스는 아웃 되는 게 당연합니다. 그런데 유럽연합이 경제적으로만 뭉친 게 아니라서 속사정은 여러가지로 복잡하지요... 그렇더라도 아웃 될 가능성이 높다고 봅니다.

치프라스 그리스 수상이 채권단 요구를 수용하는 긴축규모를 대폭확대하는 새로운 안을 제출 하였다네요. 연금은 내리고 세금은 올리겠고 빚 탕감하여 달라는 주장도 안 한다네요.

어제 긴급 타결이 났는데, terms를 보면 협상을 질질 끈 댓가로 그리스가 상당히 안 좋은 딜을 수용하게 되었습니다. 민영화를 (privatization) 통해 빚을 갚기로 하는 요구를 하였는데, 97-98년에 한국에서도 이런 일이 있었죠. 수입이 좋은 국유자산을 헐값에 외국 기업에 넘기는 거죠.

중국이 그리스 자산을 많이 사들일 거라는 예측이 나오고 있습니다.

1. European leaders and Greece have reached a deal to bail out Greece and keep the country in the eurozone.

2. The deal allows for talks on a new assistance package for Greece, but should let the European Central Bank to provide badly needed emergency funding.

3. Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany said a fund “to the tune of” 50 billion euros would be created to use proceeds from selling off state assets.

4. The Greek Parliament will be required to approve the terms of the deal “without delay.”
